Ahead of the World Test Championship final between India and New Zealand, ICC announces the prize money for the winner of the final. The winner of this game will get the prize money of US $1.6 Million and the Test Mace as well. The runner-up of the WTC Final will get 8 Lakh US Dollars.
If match ends in a draw then the mace will be shared between two sides and prize money will be split between the teams. ICC CEO Geoff Allardice has given an official confirmation on it. India and Zealand will meet in the World Test Championship final from June 18 at Southampton. India have already started the training and played intra-squad match as the practice. New Zealand is coming off a historical 1-0 series win over England and they have also reached in Southampton.
