Meanwhile, Los Angeles Clippers are entering into the game with the second seed in Western Conference. They might rest their major players ahead of the first game of the playoff first round against Mavericks. Clippers are coming off a win against Denver Nuggets on Wednesday night. At the end of the first half, Nuggets had an advantage of 8 points. Clipper made a comeback taking the 3rd quarter 34-40 and in the final quarter, they completely outperformed Denver to snatch the game 111-124. Paul George led Los Angeles with 27 points while Leonard added 26 points in the win. Williams contributed 23 points and dishing out 7 assists.
