Match Timings: Oct 17, 10 PM

Team Preview

Arsenal makes travel to Etihad Stadium to face Manchester City and Arteta is ready to challenge his former mentor Pep Guardiola on Saturday. After an international break, both sides prepare themselves to add three points to go ahead in the table. The Gunners are sitting at the 4th spot and they are 5 points ahead of their Saturday rivals. After losing to Liverpool, Arteta’s men defeated Sheffield United after Saka and Pepe’s goals. Arsenal also defeated Liverpool in their EFL Cup Round-of-16 ties to go through into quarterfinals. Against Guardiola’s City, they have lost all four games at Etihad Stadium.

The City is having the worst start to their Premier League 2020-21 campaign with just one win out of three games. Guardiola's side is placed at 14th in the table and they walked away with one point after a 1-1 draw with Leeds United. They kicked off their campaign with a win over Wolverhampton Wanderers in the season opener. In their second game, they suffered a huge 5-2 defeat to Leicester City in the second week. If they avoid a win here, they would go without a win for the first time since April 2017. Arsenal has won eight of their previous 12 Premier League outings and they are winless against City in previous nine outings.
