Area of concern

Indian T20 League is the shortest format of cricket and the teams need the best options to bowl, bat and field. It is not just about the team having one of the best openers or bowlers but the team should also have a middle-order line up that can support the team during early wickets and bad bowling.

  • Middle-order line ups
  • Backup opening batsman
  • Backup fast bowlers

Probable players

The mashup of Indian and overseas players in Indian T20 League has made the tournament even more existing. The team management has to look out for the best players in India as well abroad for a fabulous team. Rajasthan has the best opportunity to fill the team gaps with good middle-order batsmen and spin bowlers.

Rajasthan has four more slots for an overseas player where they can try Dawid Malan or Tom Banton as opening batsmen and Chris Jordan or Chris Woakes as fast bowlers.

2. Indian Players

The team has already retained a good number of Indian players in their squad but can look for Varun Chakravarthy in the spinners category.
