Full Schedule of India-Australia Series Announced

Cricket Australia announced the full schedule of India-Australia series, starting from November 27. India’s tour will start with 3-matches ODI series which will be part of ICC’s ODI Super League. First two matches of the series will be played in Sydney Cricket Ground, followed by the final ODI in Canberra. Teams will stay in Canberra to start the T20 series from December 04 and the rest of the matches will be hosted by SCG.

"India's squad will arrive in Sydney on November 12 subject to Australian Border Force travel authorisation and the appropriate departure-approvals. The team will quarantine in Sydney prior to the first match of the series on November 27," CA stated in a media release.

During the T20I series, Team India will participate in a practice match ahead of the Test series, played between Nov 06-08. To prepare for the Pink-Ball Test, CA has also announced the day-night practice match in Sydney.

"We have worked closely with the BCCI for many months to bring this tour to life, and I cannot speak more highly of the professional, thorough and collaborative manner with which they have approached this tour in these extraordinary and complex times,” Hockley said in the media release.

The Test series will start from December 17 with Pink-Ball Test in Adelaide. It will be India’s first-ever Pink-Ball Test in overseas as they played their first Day-Night Test in Eden Garden last year. MCG will host the Boxing Day Test from December 26. The last two Test matches will be played in Sydney and Brisbane.
