Manchester United hosts Chelsea at Old Trafford in the Saturday fixture of game week six of the Premier League 2020-21.
Match Timings: Oct 24, 10 PM
Team Preview
After suffering a 6-1 defeat to Spurs at home, United came back as a stronger unit. They defeated Brighton in two successive games in Premier League and EFL Cup respectively. The Red Devils edged past Newcastle United in their previous game. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's men beat last season's Champions League runners-up PSG in away fixture on Tuesday night. The Red Devils have now won five of their last six games across all competitions and their all wins have come in away games. United have won 10 consecutive away ties across all competitions but their home record is surprisingly poor. Solskjaer would keen to change their bad form at Old Trafford. They played two games at home this season and suffered heavy defeats from Crystal Palace and Spurs.
Meanwhile, Chelsea were held to a goalless draw with Sevilla in their Champions League fixture. The Blues have been a prominent side in away fixtures with scoring highest away goals than any other club in the Premier League since the start of last season. In their previous Premier League game, Chelsea walked away with one point after getting an early two-goal advantage against Southampton. Werner’s brace put Chelsea on top but the late strikes from Southampton spoiled their 3 points. It happened in the similar away as Chelsea did with West Brom in away game.
