  1. L. Wood (68 runs)

The England bowler made his Indian T20 League debut for Mumbai in the ongoing 2024 season. He didn’t play enough games. In one of his games against Delhi, the left-arm pacer conceded 68 runs. Wood conceded this many runs in his four-over spell and managed to take a wicket. Mumbai lost the game by 10 runs, chasing a target of 258. 

  1. R. Topley (68 runs)

Playing for Bengaluru, Topley conceded 68 runs against Hyderabad. In the same match, Hyderabad scored 287/3, the highest team total of the tournament’s history. Meanwhile, the left-arm pacer bowled his quota of four overs and conceded 68 runs and took a wicket. Bengaluru lost the game by 25 runs.

  1. Y. Dayal (69 runs)

The left-arm pacer was playing for Gujarat in the 2023 season. In the historic game against Kolkata, he had to save 29 runs in the last over with R. Singh and U. Yadav at the crease. Before this over, Dayal’s bowling figures were 3-0-38-0. After Yadav took a single on the first ball of the over, Singh hit five back-to-back sixes to win the game for Kolkata. 

  1. B. Thampi (70 runs)

Thampi played for Hyderabad in the 2018 season. He played only a few games and one of them was against Bengaluru. In his four-overs, the right-arm pacer conceded 70 runs and didn’t take any wicket. 

  1. M. Sharma (73 runs)

In the ongoing season, the former India bowler broke the record he’d like to forget, when he conceded 73 runs against Delhi. While playing for Gujarat at the Arun Jaitley Stadium, Sharma conceded 28 runs in his first two overs and 45 runs in his last two overs.
