BCCI has officially announced the squad for the SL series and Shikhar Dhawan will lead India for the ODI & T20I series. Bhuvneshwar Kumar will be the vice-captain for the Sri Lanka tour. Devdutt Padikkal, Ruturaj Gaikwad, Nitish Rana, Chetan Sakariya earned the maiden call into the Indian team after the impressive show in Indian T20 League. Ishan Porel, Sandeep Warrier, Arshdeep Singh, Sai Kishore, and Simarjeet Singh will also fly to Lanka with the team as the net bowlers. Colombo will host all the matches due to covid.
