India and Namibia will play against each other in 42nd match of the World T20 Cup. This will be the first time Namibia will go against India in a T20 match. The match will also see Virat Kohli as a skipper for the last time. India had a bad start in the World T20 Cup 2021, and lost both of its initial matches against Pakistan and New Zealand. Both the teams will play their last match of the World T20 Cup 2021 in Dubai at the Dubai International Stadium.
India
India showcased a great deal of class in its practice matches, but somehow failed to perform well in the Super 12 stage. The batsmen struggled hard against the Pakistani pacers, except the skipper who managed to put some runs on the scoreboard. Everything remained unchanged in the match against New Zealand, none of the batsmen were able to convert a start into a big score.
India lagged in their bowling order too, they failed to pick up a single wicket against Pakistan. In the innings against New Zealand, Bumrah took 2 wickets and rest of the bowlers were unsuccessful in damaging the Kiwi's batting order.
Namibia
Out of the matches they played in the Super 12 group stage matches, Namibia registered a win against Scotland and lost all their matches. This will be their last shot at making another impression but it will not be easy as they are playing against Team India.
Weather Report
The minimum and maximum temperatures at Dubai will be 23 and 32 degrees, respectively. The humidity will be around 54 percent with no chances of precipitation.
Pitch Report
The teams batting in the second innings have won most of the matches at the Dubai pitch and it is expected that the team winning the toss would bowl first. The dew comes in effect later on in the match and does not assist the spinners as it does in the first innings.
