Pakistan vs Zimbabwe, Third T20I, Match Prediction

Zimbabwe will take on Pakistan in the final T2OI to find a moral victory after losing the series. Pakistan defeated visitors convincingly in both T20Is to take a 2-0 lead in the series.

Match Timings: Nov 10, 4 PM (IST)

Team Preview

After surprising Hosts in the last match of the ODI series, Zimbabwe failed to retain its performance in the shorter format of cricket. In the opening match, the visitors were slightly better, and they pushed Pakistan in the chase, but in the next match, Pakistan outclassed them with an all-round display. Babar Azam and Haider Ali made their tiny chase so easy by scoring quick half-centuries. The duo put 100-runs for the 2nd wicket to seal the series for Pakistan.

Zimbabwe can find some positives from the tour and put a decent show in their final outings in Pakistan. The young Madhevere showed excellent batting skills by scoring two half-centuries this tour. Blessing Muzarabani has been consistent for Zimbabwe in this tough assignment, picking 13 wickets so far (including two wickets in super-over). Brendon Taylor and Sean Williams are playing the sheet-anchors for their side. It will be the last game for Elton Chigumbura in international cricket, and Zimbabwe would try to give him a happy farewell on Tuesday. They can have an edge if they chase in their last match.

For Pakistan, the Zimbabwe series was a big boost to prepare for the upcoming New Zealand tour. Usman Qadir has good talent, and he has been great with his leg-spin. Haider Ali is also doing well after scoring a maiden half-century in England. They didn’t try Shaheen in T20s, but Haris Rauf leads the pace-attack along with experienced Wahab Riaz.  Faheem Ashraf is also useful in middle-overs, and he showed his skills in the last game.

Pitch Report

Rawalpindi’s track is pretty good for batting. It offers a fair amount of spin and slightly helps pacers with the new ball. 160 would be a good score on this surface. Chasing is always an ideal call.
